Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a clean queen room. The breakfast options were fantastic, with healthy choices that impressed us. However, we missed having dark roast coffee and would have preferred a standard stationary bike. Overall, a solid pick for couples visiting Walla Walla.

While the staff were courteous, the confusion left a sour taste in my mouth.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was very enjoyable. The staff was eager to assist with my business needs and provided quick support for setting up my presentation equipment. The room was spacious and spotless, while the daily housekeeping service was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options including fresh fruits and hot items, perfect for fueling my workday. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby and the clean, refreshing pool, which provided a good reprieve after a long day of meetings.

I had a fantastic stay with friends! The hotel was clean, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with freshly made omelets and delicious pastries. The Queen Room with two queen beds was super spacious and clean, which was great for our family. Having a tub in the bathroom made bath time easy for the kids—so many places have showers only! Had a fantastic stay with friends! We visited Amavi Cellars and Northstar Winery, which were awesome experiences. The place was clean, the breakfast was surprisingly great, and we loved the cookies and coffee in the lobby. The lobby water with citrus was a nice touch too. Parking was easy and the location is perfect for exploring the area.

The only downside was that my check-in was a bit stressful due to other guests being rude, but the staff handled it well.
